Libellum's Visitor Role
Libellum and Engineers Canada's Tandem exist at opposite ends of the accreditation and continuous improvement data spectrum. Libellum is used continuously by programs each term to capture the student performance data, curriculum mapping, and course information to allow them to build a rich data set to analyze for accreditation and CI purposes.
As a snapshot data submission tool, Tandem allows CEAB visitors a structured, consistent format to review the student performance and course information set against CEAB requirements in order to understand whether a school is meeting the requirements.
Both utilize much of the same data so leveraging the information already captured in Libellum saves schools a great deal of time and effort when preparing for a visit.
This is where our Visitor Role comes in. Schools create an account for visiting team members that provides read only access to chosen areas. This allows visitors to be directed to the relevant information, reducing the amount of information to be uploaded into Tandem.
